Hello I got ASRock H110 Pro BTC+, 10 gtx 1060, connected via risers and ive checked the connections and everything... I got 2 GPUS generally having less Mh.s anyone got any tips how to fix this?

So many possibilities. Start checking first that your PSU can delivery enought and bit more power specially if you have OC on.
