I was really depressed when I was young and I wanted to die.  My mother told me if I killed myself I would go to hell.

Nowadays people realize there is no invisible man in the sky, and they are free to kill themselves without threat of eternal torture.

If you've sat through a good part of the movie already and you don't like it, and there is no indication it will get any better, why can't you just walk out?
