Certainly not desirable. It means that someone bought a lot of KICKICO with stolen funds if your scenario were to be true. Would you want a hacker to be in possession of a large amount of KICKICO tokens? I think you wouldn't.
No one wants that situation happend, because only those hackers have profit from that pump, others will not have much times to sell their coin at high price before the price of KICK dumped again to the hell like VIA. I want to see the price of KICK increases normal like other cryptocurrencies listed on Binance if it can does that.
Indeed, I was just wondering how that guy came up with the theory that it could be beneficial for the network as a whole if the hacker pumps the coin. It might be for a few individuals who sell their coins at the top of a fake pump, but in general it is not desirable.
