I think it depends on the weight of your sin. If it is because of third party,  goodluck. But if itnis due to small things and misunderstandings,  you can easily pacify her. Just admit that you are wrong. Be sincere. Prove to her that you are worth her trust. Bring some flowers. In our country,  the best option is to serenade a woman. If you are a good singer and musician,  you can do it alone. If not,  hire someone who can do it for you. Woman are naturally soft hearted. They will accept your apology because they truly love you.
