Anyone can share their TDP, Core, Mem setting?

I've heard it's better to lower TDP, but my electricity cost is $0.13 per kwh. So it's not actually profitable to reduce TDP, unless it increase lifespan.
My temperature is around 65C-72C with 40%-70% fan.
