Reconciliation, you say sorry to your girl and give her space. If she doesn't want to talk to you then let her have a few days to ponder upon it. I assume you're not married, so id it doesn't pan out then break it off and move on. On the surprise area, it's just a matter of setting a routine and then letting said routine play out for a few week then suddenly break that routine.
