Please house, I will like to know whether out of the existing altcoins anyone of them has potential to be like bitcoin in the nearest future. I will appreciate if i can know the reason why because this will greatly assis me in planning my investment strategy. Thanks.

like bitcoin literally,only BCH or bitcoin cash at the moment
its a copy of bitcoin with few adjustmentsif you meant pricewise,then I don't think any coin will substitute bitcoin at number one spot for quite a long time,at least several years

you can see that Eth is second in capitalisation,while Ripple being third is not exactly a decentralised cryptocurrency as it is supported by banks
