I was confronted with a question of which I scarcely have no clue of what to say as an answer to the question.
Though I have seen some newbie doing signature bounties and recently saw two which offers newbie the opportunity to participate.
Now to my question, can newbies wear avatar? If yes, how?
Only full member to legendaryentitled to wear an avatar . And I cant imagine that a newbie can participate in campaign maybe it is a social media campaign because newbie usually arent allowed to do signature campaign.
