I've been reading their channel and they have said that they have to check every participant with large investments manually - they need to prove their source of funds is legit. This is not just like in an ordinary ICO like Bobs Repair where people have sent fake id's and that's it. There is a lot of compliance work behind the scenes ordinary people like us do not see. Actually this is good for those who have not received their tokens yet because the overall climate right now is not good.
