There's this app I discovered last year, Calm. I was hospitalized due to stress and upon going home, I saw this app and so I tried it. It has different sessions for staying calm, sleeping better, how to cope with stress and anxiety, and many more. It also has other features like for meditating. The cool thing is, though there are some sessions that needs to be purchased, there's also a ton of free sessions so you aren't forced to pay for the app. It's been a great help for me and I've been using it up until now.
