Hello, we have no problem to talk right here and there are our rules:
For the 500 bitcoins, we demand a discount of 10% of bitfinex rate included our commission because we are intermediaries
the procedure is:
1- the owner of the bitcoins sends us a proof of existance of at least 10% of btc in his wallet
2- an appointment will be made in a bank in Milan where the transaction will take place
3- cash payment in euros, bitcoins and commission

and if all goes well we will order a larger sum than this one.

I think there is no more secure than that.
