So, the main purpose of this project is to give service on the project that opening an ICO to give them a hand on the advertisement of the ICO.
If that so, then it will be loved by any project starter who need some way of advertising their ICO.
Yes that is the main purpose of ICOA indeed, another goal is that we want to regulate the ICO market till a certain point overtime.
