You absolutely can do nothing, either you believe in blockchain technology or you don't thats only what in your power. you need to understand that market behaviors are controlled majorly by the behavior of me and you(The crowd - The Community) which you cant predict(as you cant predict the market you can only speculate; also technical analysis sometimes fails because there are market fundamentals(news) which also affect market behavior greatly.

The idea is simple since you believe in the technology then invest only in projects you believe in irrespective of the market behavior you can still be calm because you believe in the idea the project is trying to bring to life.
