I didn't watch the show but if I had to guess I'd say Bitconnect was mentioned because it's a scam and not because of your conspiracy theory.
If you care so much for Oliver/Kimmel/Colber/Oprah/Sesame Street saying bad words about Bitconnect maybe you could stop watching them but that still doesn't change anything about this ponzi scheme so you might as well learn to live with it.
