If Bitcoin price will be 10k$ again, and it will not drop back to 8-9k then ppl will buy altcoins, cause now a lot of weak hands sell their altcoins cause this Bitcoin price.
They are scared... People think the price will be ~5k $ and if they dont sell coins now, they will be late , and lose thousand dollars.
If BPT release the beta, people will invest more! Just buy till price is undervalued, it will grow!

And dont use paypal. PayPal is the best scam company! I sold 300$ Ethereum, and the guy chargeback the money 2x , so my account in -600$ now... They dont care about proofs!
No Seller protection for Cryptocurrencies! If you sell bitcoin for PayPal, the buyer will chargeback in 90% of trades!
I know it, i lost 1k$ this month cause this retarded PayPal.
