1) open a command line interface
2) move to the folder where zoin.exe is. You may create a new folder and rename the zoin client to make it easier. Like this: c:/zoin/zoin.exe
3) type "zoin.exe -reindex" and hit enter. The wallet will start, reindex which takes 1-2 hours, work again
Masternodes will not work unter Windows and you will need a fixed IP
