I have been a user since June 2016, I have been a regular player during the first year and lie-lowed. I just learned about PD being down today so I tried to get into my account. It told me to contact support and asked me to provide information like my ISP IP etc etc.
---snip---
Asked me for PD's deposit address, I wasn't able to provide.
---snip---
She asked me to send an email from the address linked with my PD account to support@primedice.com,
what if I never set an email address on my account? as I remember it was optional
based on my notes, I logged frequently last time in 2015 and one or two times in 2017
I didn't write down my 2017 activities but have good notes on used IP back then in 2015, and deposit address
but I never use the deposit address because I play with bitcoin transfered from other users

I think the reason why they do this is so you make a new account and you get a new deposit address.

They are worried in the situation that someone's email could of been hacked and they give access to an empty account which has the possibility of having a deposit sent to it by the unsuspecting original user.

Hence they rather just make you create a new account and avoid this risk.
yes, creating new account is pretty easy but getting back all the achievements are not so easy Tongue
reclaiming the account is more to vanity reasons Wink than a practical use
I'm going to try login to the site later, lets see if I can reclaim my old account by providing only my IP and deposit address
