I think it's not a country but a group of wealthy people with their hands in banking and money printing. Imagine what would happen if 20% of people in the world started to use decentralized currency on a daily basis. That would mean 20% less money from the banking sector, no more credits, no more fees, no more invigilation, less money from taxes, higher inflation... That's why smart governments want to make cryptos centralized so that they can remain in control. Stupid governments are showing their weak hand by trying to ban it.
