Both are great investments. If you have the money, patience, and time to do that then go for it. Unless you would want to invest in BTC than in cryptos. ICO investments are great especially if you've joined the right ICO. I know a lot of people who is great in choosing the right campaigns and ICO and they earn a lot and gain a lot of money. So my answer to that is yes, you should invest in both cryptocurrency and ICOs. And if you have more time, do trading.. and if eventually you want to do Bitcoin too then go ahead, just manage your time.
