This could be why they are ignoring my support questions about my referral bonuses that I've not been able to withdraw for over a month now, and why others are having similar problems - better jump ship now before it completely sinks. I just transfered some Electroneum to Kucoin before hearing about this, but I'll be removing it ASAP !
