hi frds right now all alter are not moving as btc will go up it effects alter and if btc move down then also it effects alter by this sincerio we can see that alter are dumping very hard whats ur opinion will they move or not ?
of course they will move actually im thinking that whales is just waiting for the movement of BTC before they pump it, and This is accumulating time.
