If you really contribute to the community, they will have no reason for not having you in their campaigns.

My advice to you would be, only indulge yourself in discussions you're familiar with. Those which you don't know about, don't try to jump in before you research about it and know what's expected there as a reply. Also, try to see whether the answer that you're going to give is already been given?
It won't be possible for you to find such things in megaspam threads, so choose low-reply threads and post wisely.
Managers here are not paranoid, it's just that they want that 2 things are covered in their management:
- High quality posts (contribution) is delivered towards the forum by the chosen members of their campaign.
- The company receives the exposure that they expect from their manager's job.
