One thing I really liked about btct.co was that it was kind of protected against a hard shut down, sending emails every day to issuers with shareholders' data. What are bitfunder's and havelocks plans in that event? Do they do something similar?

I'm primarily interested in havelock, and couldn't find this info on their site
