Regarding the aidrops, is there a cut-off time/block height every week for which coins are distributed to registered users or how these work?
The cut-off time (snapshot) can happen anytime between the first second and the last second of the day. (Monday), Berlin time.
You can't wait for few weeks because airdrop will be finished in few weeks.
You should be vigilant for ill advises anywhere.
