You will need 480 Activity to become a Hero Member so you need to invest time and effort before having that rank, good quality post is also a plus especially if you are interested in joining signature campaign.
You are missing a point, which is very important and harder to meet than activity-count. This is merit points.
Since January of 2018, after the launch of merit system, users need to collect at least 480 activities and 500 merits to reach Hero rank.
