Yes. The amount of ARK you're voting automatically adjusts when you remove or add ARK to that wallet.
And the amazing thing with this is that your forged coins (forged coins = gained through voting) will also count toward your next forging. So if you choose a delegate who pays daily (like ArkLand), the amount you get will increase every day. Ofcourse that's only important if you have a lot of ARK, otherwise the difference is small and unnoticeable.

There's isn't really a reason to vote for multiple delegates unless if you have a lot of ARK. Depending on how much ARK you have, it might not be worth it to vote for a delegate who does payouts frequently. Use this tool to choose a delegate and see how much your payouts are. Keep in mind that it's best to also read about the delegate and check their contributions to ARK.
