@togoshigekata I have utxoamount=930 in biblepay.conf. My total balance is 941. I can't find any option to unlock the wallet. If you mean un-encrypted, then yes.

Are you running your wallet 24/7? I believe the wallet has to be running all the time to send PODC updates. If its not running and cant do updates then you go down to 0. Also, I believe you have to have a stake balance of at least 50,001.
