Yes this is tottaly bad. Can someone of the forum admins give them RED trust. Nobody should do business with those scammers.
People received 40$ for signature wearing from october. ICO collected 30M$ they reduced baunty 12times (12 TIMES CARL)

So what, you were hoping that if the bounty pool is $10 000 and you're the only one participating, you'll be getting $10 000 for doing nothing except having a small tag under your name?

From what i understand in their post, they reduced the bounty in order to prevent bounty hunters dumping the coin and lowering the price even more than it already has been lowered due to the current market situation.

Further more, unlike most of the ICO's out there, you can actually get some money for ING tokens
That is not enough a good reason to breach an agreement between you and the people you hired to do a job for you. If they actually wanted to prevent dumping of the token, there are avalanche of ways of achieving that; like delaying the payment until the market stabilizes, performing payouts in batches, mixing up payment of bounty hunters with big stakes with that of people with small stakes etc.
I have seen some projects give same reason for not paying out the exact amount stipulated for bounties after end of the bounty events that it is starting to seem like its normal.

But if they actually made a disclaimer on the possibility of reviewing the payment at wish and at any given time before commencing the bounty event,  then I do not see anything wrong with that.

All the same,  I wouldn't support OP trying to drag the whole project down because of this little ruse that can be discussed over and settled amicably. Because trying to drag the project down will be more work than the bounty task he's complaining of being cheated on Grin
By the way,  I participated in the bounty also.
