Baidu says it's a "a variant of Win32/CoinMiner.BJ"
Ikarus says it's a "Bitcoin Miner (PUA)"

... yep, basically the software mines coins!

For anyone who has any concerns, the full source code has been published to github and can be reviewed by anyone. After your code review, compile using your own toolchain then use your own binary to connect to the DHN network.  The pre-compiled Windows wallet is just a courtesy provided to the community.
