There are too many rumors about the upcoming ICO of Pavel Durov. There was information that this event will be held only for VIP clients. And participation will cost fabulous money! For myself, I can note that there is a huge plus that if TELEGRAM introduces its own purse into messenger it will be a huge plus of an already very widely used platform !!!
