When someone says we just need to work smart, without having to work hard, I do not agree. But, I agree with smart work. The truth in my opinion is, we need hard work and also smart work. If we just work smart, we will be defeated by others who work smart and hard work as well
No matter which work you do, if you keep on using your brain wisely while working that task, you will be able to finish that work not only in lesser time but also using lesser efforts. I think of working smartly to be much better option than that of working hard as you can get your job done without much efforts. Working hard is also a good thing to do but you need to do the work smartly and efficiently.
