In an ironic twist people flagged by NASA as "getting to close to the REAL truth" are called Black Arrows...  Black Arrows are dealt with in many different ways.  Most of the time we wipe their memories but other methods that I can't discuss are used from time to time.

Now I don't want to alarm anyone but I did see a memo come over the Notbatphone.  It seems a certain thread has garnered some pretty high up attention...
