Maybe now payments are based on country - if you are from tier 1 country, you are getting full reward, if not - only 50% of basic reward. It looks that there aren't same scenario as on Freedoge.co.in, where basic reward halved for all users.

I have seen this problem already a couple of times. It has nothing to do with your country, most probably freebitco.in is thinking that you are trying to cheat the system and therefore the reward is halved. You should contact wetsuit and he will resolve this situation for u.
I know about that. In past my reward was halved and after contacting wetsuit he fixed it. But now there are many users affected and I'm guessing why. I thought that there different reason caused halved rewards.
