I'm currently holding some coins (50% NEM). Now I have about 350$.
What is the best choice in your opinion? Should i invest in NEO or other coins like GAS, IOTA, XRP, ICX ... ?

Of the coins that you have listed the most reasonable choice for me, I think are NEO and IOTA. I personally would add also and Stellar but that is my opinion. Good luck
