I'm looking to buy a house at an auction site, Auctions.com. They require a $2,500 refundable credit card hold in order to participate in the auction.   I don't have time for a sell trade to clear from Kraken and to arrive before the auction starts in 24 hours and it's the weekend which means middle of next week at best before I receive it.  Since they don't accept bitcoin, who wants to pay the refundable fee for me in exchange for btc?
