Seems like the bot is pretty much useless as all it does is just managing the transaction, I don't think that anyone is going to trust the bot with sending him crypto currencies without you revealing your identity and proving a long variety of trades done, I know it's hard to obtain trust, but that's the reason big money should be involved in advertising such a project.
I would be interested to know what are the actual benefits of using the bot over doing a transaction without it- I mean, at both ways you are putting a risk.

Also who are those who handle disputes and what experience do they have?
