I don't see that no refunds message as negative, unless we start getting "in 2 weeks" (tm) messages shortly thereafter.
On the 20th of August I was considering to buy hosting as I would not be around to receive/install/maintain the miner in November. So I fired off a question if they were sure to deliver my miner before the end of October.
Here's their answer:

Vi kan inte garantera leverans i oktober för tillfället men vi ser inga hinder och vi ligger i fas med planeringen. Att välja hosting ger så klart säkerhet och snabb hashningstart.
Vi kan dra av leveranskostnaden från din hostingbeställning. I så fall kan du betala direkt till info@kncminer med referens till ordernumret.

So I went ahead and ordered hosting. In that respect, I am pretty calm until the 31st of October knocks on the door.
