Looks like it's still better to join the whitelist now if you want STE tokens. It may seem that it may not be applicable with a final STE ICO if it is what investors are voting for. Vote is happening right now.

that vote sure has been taking some time, hasn't it. please keep me posted on when the vote is over. those wanting STE tokens right away should use the whitelist.
