I read wiki of the project, watched autor's video, googled, asked. The concept is just gorgeous, and what's cool is technically implemented today! The idea of transparent administration and decentralization of the management of government long ago took possession of my mind. And you have stated my ideas clearly. I advise everyone to get acquainted with this project and to try to understand project by yourself.
