We are all forgeting something.
Issuing money is not something crazy new. It happened before ww1 i think.
Big companies would issue bank notes of their own to be used in company stores and for transportation.
It ended with the war i think , but overall it worked pretty well.
So i dont know about all the revolution. But tech is cool no doubt.
