There are some icos have used stellar as the main platform but the fact the stellar platform is not so simple and complex just like smartcontract. I remember about stellar has the same vision as ripple to provide future open payment system. With scalability of stellar and it has placed stellar in top crypto with fast and cheap fees in this time. But there is a lot of better crypto is born everytime right now. Yes i do but stellar needs more improvement.
