As we`ve already said, such criteria as benevolent attitude towards blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency at the state level, as well as the availability of the softest as possible business regulation  became key factors affecting decision making on the future housing for  crypto-economic zone, and, respectively , on  the choice of countries for negotiations. Existence or legislative possibility of creation of Free Economic zone in the country in question is also of great importance.
