  • You can check the transactions confirmation and other information such as the quantity of bitcoin you've send or received.

If you're the sender/receiver, you can check it anytime whether the coin that you use transparent blockchain such as Bitcoin or private one such as Monero.

  • You can use it as evidence that you already paid or received.

True, but not really useful if the buyer/seller have intention to scam.

  • Incase you've been scammed you can track him. (But you it needs a lot of work)

Simply knowing the bitcoin movement won't help since you won't able to get it back without professional/police help, even worse if the scammer use Bitcoin mixer.

  • They can track you using your transactions via Blockchain

True, but as long as all of your bitcoin address which involved isn't connected to your identity/account, you should be safe. Bitcoin mixer also help.

  • The transaction is not that much anonymous

Again, only when bitcoin address which involved isn't connected to your identity/account.
