I tried running stock at 300Mhz, and it kept downclocking to 200Mhz and moving between 200-300Mhz. I seem to get more stable hash rate (~85GH/s) leaving it at 200Mhz.

Depends on how many you want to run. You could run 2 off of this with no noise from the Power Supply with some good efficiency.

I would also grab some of the PCIe connectors. Much better power connection than the barrel connector.
