Sorry to correct you. That account is the Crypto-bridge wallet address for Interzone listing. CRYPTO-BRIDGE empty it on a regular basis to another wallet. They keep a record of how much has been collected. This is how they work with ALL coins which are wanting to be listed there.

This is not a scam.
