From the capital raised from our token sale we will acquire real estate investments which will provide a return. Part of this return will be passed to the people holding the $TEC token.

We are at the initial phase of the project and do not have any real estate as of yet, however, once we have we will announce dates every six months where investors can provide their ethereum wallet address. We can then etherscan the address to see how much $TEC they hold and calculate how much to distribute.

Token holders will be paid in Ethereum.
