We postponed due to a number of reasons. Our hope is to move forward this year with the token sale, now that the SEC is formulating actual regulation(we're U.S. based).

We're a healthcare company with several large clients. Forcing a token sale would've been detrimental to our business, if we were to get indicted by the SEC or received negative publicity from a token price crash.

We have a large number of people that signed up for our token sale and newsletter. We communicated the token sale getting delayed to them through both of those channels.
