Professor of the University of Campinas, Brazil

Serguei Popov is also one of the founders of IOTA and WINGS projects.
He will advise on stochastic processes (in particular, discrete-time Markov chains and Brownian motion) for market modeling.
Serguei is a research mathematician working in the field of Stochastic Processes and living in Brazil. He became interested in crypto in the end of 2013, and made a number of contributions to the theoretical aspects of the Nxt cryptocurrency and PoS in general. The IOTA founder signing up as an adviser is what got me interested enough to click the link to the webpage of the STeX EXCHANGE project early on. It's actually how I came to find out about the project, thank goodness. The fact that the CTO is the founder of KeyCAPTCHA got me even more interested, and when reading their whitepaper - needless to say - I was sold.
That said, I am still interested in other similiar projects, but from a dividend standpoint, there's nothing like it. No other crypto exchange project out there offer anything close to 100% dividend distribution to (STE) token holders.
