Welcome man, I just need to justify on your title there. Of course newbies are welcome here. Ive been a newbie myself and Ive felt a lot welcome here after posting such fruitful posts. My piece of advise to feel the same way as I did, post and comment fruitful things about the topic. Do not just react and compliment, add insights and idea and benefits.
