I've tried what your thinking of doing and it didnt really workout for me. I ended up loosing more than what i initially had and it created a sense of desperation in me which made me want trade even more in an attempt to recover my profits. If i were you i would just hodl which is what im doing right now.
It would definitely not work. Every sign the alts are showing in the market now is buy signals and selling now to trade like the OP have said is just going to make him end up feel like he has been cursed because selling now and the market moving up, is another loss on its own.
At this stage, the best is to wait it out and hold for the profit, learn techniques and indicators on how to buy and sell instead of doing it blindly and start taking advantage of the market from there.
